New skills: sintered woven mesh

There are several methods for compiling stainless steel sintered mesh:

1 plain weave: stainless steel sintered mesh forms square or rectangular openings, the width of the mesh is approximately equal to the wire diameter. The woven screen has sufficient strength in the range of 10 to 60 mesh, and the mesh of the finer mesh has low strength.

2 twill (or flat twill): You can use a thicker wire at a given number of holes to increase the strength of the mesh. Of course, the hole is small. If necessary, the number of wefts can be appropriately reduced to form a rectangular hole.

3 Twill Dutch weave: divided into twill double Dutch weave and twill single Dutch weave, perforations or holes are slit-like or triangular, which can retain the finest particles to 1 pm. The latitude of the twill double Holland is very tight and the warp is almost completely covered.

4 plain weave Dutch structure: the warp is very thick and the weft is very thin, forming a triangular eyelet, that is, not a "straight channel", the aperture is 15 ~ 340 / tm. The tissue of this tissue is strong, compact, and strong, and has a relatively low pressure loss at higher throughput rates. It is also possible to replace one warp thread with two warp threads, the strength of the screen is larger, or the aperture is smaller (for example, less than 40/-m); or more fine weft threads can be used to make the medium have a high filtering rate, and The capacity is also large.

5 anti-plain Dutch pattern: the same pattern of plain-grain Dutch pattern, but the weft is thicker or the warp is thinner. The interception particle size can be as small as 8 pm. The anti-Dutch pattern improves the strength of the filter, is easy to clean, has a high flow rate, and has a strong retention capacity.

6TRD-twill anti-Dutch pattern: stainless steel sintered mesh is the same as anti-plain Dutch pattern, but the weft diameter is twice the diagonal weft, the flow rate is large, the pressure drop is small, but the retained particles are larger.

Although the stainless steel sintered mesh has stainless steel in its name, we all know that in practical applications, stainless steel products will always rust if they are not paid attention to maintenance, but only for the length of time. The rusted stainless steel sintered mesh not only has weakened performance, but also affects the appearance. So how can we ensure that the stainless steel sintered mesh is stainless?

First: the surface of the stainless sintered mesh has bleaching agent and various acid adhesions. Rinse immediately with water, dip with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.

Second: stainless steel sintered mesh surface with dust and easy to remove dirt, can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water.

Third: trademark, film, wash with warm water, weak detergent, binder ingredients, scrub with alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene). The grease, oil and lubricating oil on the surface of stainless steel are contaminated, wiped clean with a soft cloth, and then cleaned with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or with a special detergent.

Fourth: In order to extend the service life of the stainless steel sintered mesh and maintain cleanliness, nitric acid can also be used to remove oil stains on the surface. At the same time, there are many special stainless steel sintering nets in the market, and the effect will be better.
