Introduction
Stainless steel fibers are manufactured usingthe bundle drawing process, in which stainless steel wires are bundled into atube and drawn through a die to produce a fine fiber with a diameter rangingfrom 2 to 40 microns (up to 30 times thinner than human hair).
Stainless steel fibers exhibit all the commonfeatures of the metal, yet are flexible enough to be transformed into knitted, braided, woven, or nonwoven metal fiber and fabric products. They can also bespun and twisted with other fibers such as wool, nylon, cotton, and syntheticblends to produce a variety of textile materials.
Feature
1. Good electric and Heatconductivity
2. High corrosion and Thermal resistance(400-600°C)
3. Excellent EMI and ESD shielding capabilities

Remarks:
1. The diameter of thefiber can be produced between 2 and 100 microns according to customer needs
2. The resistance ofthe fiber decreases with increasing temperature
Application
It can be widely used in diverse fields, including the textile, electrical, filtration, petrochemical, metallurgy, environment protection, papermaking, military, and aerospace and aviationindustries.
